Join a fast-paced retail environment supporting seasonal product flow and sample management for a New York, NY onsite role. This 4-month contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering across merchandising and brand teams to keep sample operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Track incoming samples to help ensure they are received on time for each seasonal flow
• Organize and maintain sample records so receiving information is accurate and easy to reference
• Communicate with merchandising partners regarding sample arrivals, delays, and related updates
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with brand assistants and internal stakeholders
• Prepare copy fact sheets using multiple systems and tools
• Support the team with additional projects as needed to help operations stay efficient
