We’re looking for a Print Buyer to support the end-to-end production of in-store marketing materials across multiple categories and business units. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing details, improving workflows, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Support the full production cycle for in-store marketing elements across multiple business areas.
- Translate project inputs into detailed element lists that help bring marketing strategies to life in store.
- Build strong vendor relationships and review mechanical files and production materials for accuracy and quality.
- Partner with internal teams to clarify execution needs, resolve issues, and keep production moving forward.
- Respond to store support questions and help identify recurring themes to improve execution.
- Collaborate with Minneapolis-based and India-based teams to improve handoffs, workflow efficiency, and operational consistency.
- Prepare, track, and manage estimates throughout the production lifecycle.
- Communicate estimate changes and budget impacts clearly and promptly to stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between creative, design, vendor, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, standardize execution, and improve overall output quality.
Skills
- Print production experience.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and practical solutions.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting in-store marketing or retail production workflows.
- Familiarity with process improvement, workflow standardization, or operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience coordinating with distributed teams across different locations or time zones.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
