Join a fast-moving team focused on enabling go-to-market success through effective training, scalable learning resources, and strong operational support. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on program manager who enjoys building practical tools, improving processes, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a central resource library for field teams, including process guides, quick-reference materials, job aids, and live training sessions.
- Monitor updates to Salesforce workflows and proactively refresh related learning content and resources.
- Partner with Salesforce administrators and operations teams to stay informed about upcoming system changes and launches.
- Support enablement efforts for major tooling and process rollouts with fast turnarounds and evolving requirements.
- Create role-specific learning materials for Market Managers, Market Associates, and Account Executives, such as talk tracks, playbooks, objection-handling guides, certifications, and mock call support.
- Help administer new hire onboarding by coordinating access requests, updating toolkit materials, scheduling sessions, and following through with cross-functional teams.
Skills
- Experience in enablement, learning and development, program management, or a related field.
- Strong ability to build clear, practical training resources and learning experiences.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise tools and the ability to support process documentation around them.
- Excellent organization, coordination, and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex processes into simple, usable guidance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting go-to-market teams or field-facing organizations.
- Background in onboarding program support or training operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfort collaborating across enablement, operations, and admin teams.
- Resourceful, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
