We’re looking for an Intelligent Automation Engineer to help design, build, and support automation solutions that improve how work gets done across the enterprise. This role blends RPA, intelligent document processing, and system integration work with opportunities to collaborate closely with stakeholders, solve complex problems, and support scalable automation initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that meet business and technical requirements
- Build and support RPA workflows using Automation Anywhere A360
- Contribute to intelligent document processing solutions using ABBYY or similar OCR/IDP technologies
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and related services
- Analyze business processes to determine automation feasibility, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with business partners, developers, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to help meet SLAs
- Participate in Agile delivery practices and support iterative enhancements
- Follow security, change management, and Center of Excellence standards throughout the solution lifecycle
- Support ongoing improvement efforts by identifying ways to strengthen performance, reliability, and scalability
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360
- Background in RPA, process automation, solution development, or business analysis
- Understanding of intelligent document processing tools and OCR technologies
- Knowledge of integration concepts such as REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience translating business needs into practical, scalable automation solutions
- Comfort working across multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating automation solutions with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI
- Knowledge of banking or financial services environments
- Familiarity with process engineering software systems
- Experience supporting automations after deployment, including issue resolution and ongoing optimization
- Exposure to tools such as UiPath or Power Automate
