Join a dynamic enterprise transformation program as a Project Coordinator supporting a large-scale PLM implementation. This role offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams, keep complex initiatives organized, and help drive successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and stakeholder engagements across multiple workstreams.
- Support onsite workshop logistics, including scheduling, facility coordination, and related event details.
- Prepare meeting notes, action item logs, and weekly PMO status updates.
- Maintain project documentation, stakeholder lists, and records in SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
- Assist with internal communications, distribution lists, project announcements, and follow-up activities.
- Help support business readiness activities as needed.
- Track workshop communications, attendance, and stakeholder participation.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or program support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Ability to produce clear documentation, status updates, and meeting materials.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting fast-moving project environments.
Preferred Skills
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting cross-functional business, Quality, or IT initiatives.
- Background in enterprise software implementation or quality systems projects.
- Experience in regulated healthcare, medical device, or life sciences environments.
- Smartsheet experience.
