Bring your packaging and brand strategy expertise to a fast-paced marketing team supporting consumer-facing creative work. This onsite 6-month opportunity in Minneapolis offers the chance to help shape packaging briefs, coordinate cross-functional projects, and contribute to a polished brand experience across channels.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand, business, and packaging strategies into clear creative briefs that support high-quality consumer experiences.
- Partner with teams across brand management, creative, production design, merchandising, project management, strategy, operations, marketing, and insights to keep work aligned and moving forward.
- Support the full lifecycle of packaging-related projects, from brief development through execution and delivery.
- Use consumer insights, market trends, and competitive research to identify opportunities that strengthen brand communication.
- Develop packaging strategies that reinforce broader brand themes and work well across channels and formats.
- Help manage project priorities, budgets, timelines, and risks in collaboration with local and global partners.
- Lead day-to-day project coordination by setting context, facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and supporting team execution.
- Contribute to strong cross-functional communication and help drive alignment around goals and deliverables.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage shifting deadlines effectively.
- Comfort analyzing complex information and presenting it clearly for different audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in packaging, brand marketing, or creative project coordination.
- Familiarity with consumer insights and how they inform creative or packaging decisions.
- Background supporting cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities.
- Experience balancing budgets, schedules, and multiple workstreams at once.
