Join a fast-paced creative studio as a Production Designer focused on high-impact presentation design and systems-led production work. This contract role supports a wide range of brand, communications, marketing, and experiential initiatives, with an emphasis on craft, consistency, and scalable design execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on production design across multiple high-volume workstreams, with a strong focus on executive-level presentations.
- Develop visually compelling concepts while maintaining consistency with brand systems and scalable production standards.
- Translate creative direction, design systems, and toolkits into efficient frameworks that support speed, quality, and repeatability.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver polished design solutions for corporate communications, brand initiatives, ads marketing, experiences, and more.
- Create and refine presentations and supporting materials that are clear, well-structured, and tailored to their intended audience.
- Help establish best practices and quality benchmarks that improve the overall standard of production design output.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve templates, and strengthen creative operations.
- Contribute to a collaborative studio environment by balancing strategic thinking with direct execution.
Skills
- 8 to 12 years of experience in visual design and/or production design within a creative agency, design studio, or scaled in-house team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, production design, and systems thinking.
- Experience creating and evolving design systems, templates, and modular frameworks.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, polished visual communication.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume work while maintaining strong craft and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently in a hands-on contributor role.
- Fluency with modern design tools and workflows, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-facing presentation design.
- Background in sales materials, physical events, lower-funnel marketing assets, or campaign toolkits.
- Motion design experience.
- Interest in using AI tools and automation to improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
- Experience working with external agencies or cross-functional creative partners.
