Responsibilities

• Own and maintain operational process documentation, including playbooks, workflows, and checklists, so information stays accurate, organized, and easy to access.
• Manage the end-to-end intake and tracking of operational issues, from triage and prioritization through root cause analysis, resolution, and closure.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support investigation efforts and help ensure process improvements are adopted into daily operations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into issue trends, throughput, and overall program health.
• Support initiatives tied to fleet expansion by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across teams.
• Facilitate recurring triage meetings, program check-ins, and stakeholder updates to keep work moving forward.
• Contribute to broader program management efforts, including scheduling, status updates, and process improvement activities as needed.

Skills

• Experience in program management or project management, preferably in a technical, operations, fleet, automotive, robotics, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for workflow tracking and documentation management.
• Ability to create, document, and improve operational processes with a focus on clarity and consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
• Comfort working in an environment with shifting priorities and ambiguous problem statements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting fleet operations, manufacturing, or other scale-up programs.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis methods such as five whys or fishbone diagrams.
• Background in autonomous vehicle or robotics operations.
• Experience improving workflows through data-driven reporting and structured problem solving.
