Take on a high-impact Senior Program Manager role leading technology delivery for a major commercial transformation program. You’ll guide an integrated SaaS platform, its supporting integrations, and the analytics layer that helps business teams make faster, smarter decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across the program, from planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Build and manage delivery structure across multiple technical workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, and accountability.
• Keep scope, priorities, and commitments aligned by proactively addressing changes and emerging risks.
• Coordinate execution across internal engineering and data teams as well as external vendors and implementation partners.
• Act as the central point of collaboration between business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to keep delivery moving forward.
• Track risks, decisions, and dependencies, and drive issues to resolution with clear follow-through.
• Lead executive-level governance and provide leadership with clear, concise updates on progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Escalate issues early and constructively while maintaining strong working relationships across stakeholders.

Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise programs.
• Experience presenting to and working directly with VP/SVP-level stakeholders.
• Strong program management skills across scope, risk, dependency, financial, and delivery oversight.
• Proven ability to lead multiple technical workstreams at once.
• Experience managing vendors and holding teams accountable to milestones and deliverables.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Program management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent credential.
• Agile or SAFe experience, or a similar delivery framework background.
• Experience supporting pricing-related programs.
• SAP experience.
• Comfort operating in complex, shifting, and ambiguous environments.
• Confidence making sound decisions and driving action without needing close direction.
