Join a fast-paced procurement team supporting strategic sourcing initiatives for medical device components and supply chain operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with engineering and quality partners, and help drive cost savings, supplier resilience, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple procurement and supply chain projects at the same time, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
• Analyze supplier quotes, bids, RFQs, and RFPs to help identify the best overall value and sourcing options.
• Support the evaluation and sourcing of mechanical and electrical vendors for medical device-related components.
• Participate in contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and supplier onboarding activities.
• Manage procurement requests, purchase orders, and ongoing communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, sourcing progress, cost savings, and key procurement metrics.
• Support supplier risk mitigation, resilience planning, and second-source opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, quality, regulatory, and other teams to help ensure supplier compliance and successful project execution.
• Maintain organized records related to sourcing decisions, contracts, supplier performance, and project status updates.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, finance, operations management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in engineering, technical project management, procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to share information clearly with different audiences.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful reports and insights.
• Solid understanding of procurement, supply chain, and project-related processes and how they connect.
• Experience managing deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, and working effectively without direct supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues thoughtfully and professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Background in medical device manufacturing or another highly regulated industry.
• Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or analyst roles.
• Experience with data visualization and presenting findings to leadership.
• Familiarity with tariff mitigation strategies and supplier risk management.
• Comfort working across teams to support compliance, quality, and operational goals.
