Join a dynamic team supporting the execution of project and program management activities for a fast-paced asset management function. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate vendors, solve issues, and help keep guest-facing store assets in strong working order through thoughtful planning and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily requests related to assigned asset categories and help keep work moving smoothly.
- Coordinate project and vendor activities across the full lifecycle of each assignment.
- Prepare and submit purchase orders for labor and materials as needed.
- Track progress to help ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business needs.
- Support timely resolution of repair and execution issues by working with internal and external partners.
- Serve as a liaison between headquarters, field teams, and vendors to keep communication clear and productive.
- Maintain knowledge resources that support field teams and improve day-to-day operations.
- Help coordinate communication plans, monitor risks and issues, and report on project performance.
- Provide support to store teams by answering questions, troubleshooting concerns, and escalating recurring issues when needed.
Skills
- 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience supporting multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience tracking schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, and completion status across active projects.
- Strong vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document issues and drive follow-up.
- Working knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools, including Smartsheet.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/purchasing system for purchase orders or materials tracking.
- Familiarity with Maximo or another work-order or facilities management platform.
- Advanced Smartsheet skills such as dashboards, reports, workflows, DataMesh, or Dynamic View.
- Background supporting facilities, retail store assets, construction, fixtures, maintenance, or related programs.
- Experience facilitating project or vendor meetings and keeping documentation up to date.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, FM Survey, or Clarvue.
