We’re seeking a Senior Engineer with deep Salesforce expertise to help design, build, and support business-critical solutions in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full software lifecycle, shape engineering standards, and mentor others while helping deliver scalable and resilient technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions that support long-term business and technology goals.
• Build and maintain core application functionality using Salesforce development tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering partners to plan, decompose, and deliver work effectively.
• Apply CI/CD and DevOps practices to improve deployment reliability, scalability, and release speed.
• Participate in support rotation and provide technical expertise for key subsystems.
• Share Salesforce knowledge, techniques, and best practices with the team.
• Help define engineering standards, templates, frameworks, and delivery patterns.
• Contribute to technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and vendor selection discussions.
• Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviews and helping shape a strong hiring process.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers.

Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Apex triggers, Apex frameworks, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), flows, SOQL, SOSL, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of third-party integrations within Salesforce.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC practices and version control principles.
• Experience working on large-scale Salesforce initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer certification.
• Experience modernizing application delivery with Java-based development.
• Familiarity with OpenShift containerization and Terraform-driven cloud infrastructure automation.
• Experience implementing Distributed Marketing within Salesforce Core CRM.
• Ability to coach others and create learning plans or training resources.
• Active participation in collaborative engineering discussions and problem-solving sessions.
