Join a dynamic Salesforce project team in a high-impact role supporting end-to-end delivery of critical business initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce-related projects from planning through implementation, monitoring progress, and closing out deliverables
• Work with business partners to define scope, requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes
• Coordinate efforts across Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and external partners to keep work moving smoothly
• Create and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and issue tracking
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Oversee change requests and support impact analysis and approval workflows
• Ensure project execution aligns with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards
• Provide clear status updates and executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Support training, stakeholder communication, and adoption efforts to help drive user success
• Serve as an escalation point for project issues and help resolve them efficiently
• Assist with post-launch support, production defect triage, and enhancement tracking within release cycles
• Partner with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Finance on recurring revenue metrics and reporting needs, including ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and renewal rates
• Support functional understanding of contract amendments such as add-ons, upsells, downgrades, early renewals, cancellations, and co-terming logic

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years supporting Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proven track record of managing competing priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project
• Understanding of Salesforce integration tools and release management practices
• Experience supporting vendor relationships and contract coordination

Preferred Skills

• MBA or other advanced business education
• Scrum Master or PMP certification
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project/Consultant credentials
• Exposure to NetSuite integration
• Experience with DevOps and release tools such as Copado
• Background supporting SaaS or recurring revenue operations and reporting
