Bring your program leadership expertise to a high-visibility enterprise initiative focused on delivering technology solutions that support platform, component, template, and migration workstreams. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of technical workstreams from planning through go-live
• Build and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and ownership across multiple teams
• Keep scope controlled by identifying changes early and helping teams stay aligned on priorities
• Coordinate internal engineering groups and external partners to meet commitments and delivery targets
• Act as the main connection point between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors
• Track risks, dependencies, and decisions that may affect delivery timelines or outcomes
• Prepare and support executive-level governance, including clear reporting on status, risks, and next steps
• Escalate issues thoughtfully and early while maintaining strong working relationships
• Translate decisions into actionable follow-through across all involved teams

Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise programs with accountability for delivery outcomes
• Proven experience managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously
• Strong background in scope, risk, dependency, financial, and delivery management
• Experience leading governance discussions with VP and SVP-level stakeholders
• Ability to manage vendors and internal teams against milestones and deliverables
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working in complex, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
• Sound judgment and the ability to move work forward independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, or a similar program management certification
• Agile, SAFe, or comparable delivery framework experience
• Experience influencing senior leaders in highly matrixed organizations
• Strong executive presence and confidence in high-level status reviews
