Join a dynamic team supporting field operations and program coordination for a fast-paced property management environment. This hybrid Project Manager role is centered on keeping recurring work on track, improving operational continuity, and helping leaders focus on strategic priorities through strong organization, reporting, and cross-functional support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor shared inboxes and route incoming requests to the appropriate partners for follow-up.
- Track escalations, manage stakeholder communications, and help ensure timely resolution of operational requests.
- Coordinate onboarding support and follow-up activities for new field leaders.
- Support internal communication channels by publishing content and assisting with community management activities.
- Own recurring operational tasks and help maintain service expectations across ongoing workstreams.
- Assist with surveys, reporting, and data-related activities that support operational decision-making.
- Manage work order bulk-load submissions and help coordinate MACU requests.
- Analyze survey and operational data, identify trends or discrepancies, and share actionable insights.
- Maintain internal resources, process documentation, and content used by PMFO leaders and teams.
- Support data reconciliation, store-level reporting, and updates to business walk survey and store list information.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and reduce manual effort for program owners.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, field operations, program coordination, project coordination, facilities operations, or a similar recurring support role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, follow through on tasks, and keep work moving through completion.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, reconciliation, and trend analysis.
- Experience gathering, comparing, and reporting data from multiple sources.
- Hands-on experience using workflow, ticketing, request-management, or work-order systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate several workstreams at once in a high-volume environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience creating process documentation, internal reports, or knowledge resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting property management, facilities management, store operations, maintenance, or construction-related functions.
- Background supporting geographically dispersed teams or multi-site operations.
- Experience administering surveys or recurring reporting processes.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflow, service-management, or work-order platforms.
- Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, knowledge hubs, or internal resource repositories.
- Comfort working in a large, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to spot process improvements and contribute to more efficient ways of working.
