Responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish, update, and maintain digital training materials and learning assets.
• Translate instructor-led training into engaging online courses, webinars, or self-paced learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, project leaders, compliance teams, and management to build effective learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design best practices to storyboarding, scripting, narration, recording, and multimedia development.
• Support the creation of templates and standardized processes for storing and delivering computer-based learning content.
• Develop training content in multiple formats, including video, eLearning modules, documents, graphics, and podcasts.
• Help implement new learning technologies and delivery methods that improve efficiency and learner engagement.
• Provide guidance on instructional design and multimedia best practices to internal teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve learning content and delivery.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, and task assignments.
• Maintain positive communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage and operate multimedia studio equipment as needed.

Skills

• Previous experience in instructional design and learning content development.
• Experience administering and managing a learning management system (LMS).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, polished work.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as iSpring, Articulate Storyline, or Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience converting instructor-led training into digital or webinar-based formats.
• Knowledge of multimedia design and development.
• Familiarity with building learning templates and content standardization processes.
• Experience supporting live training programs or working with external vendors.
• Comfort using a variety of tools and techniques to create engaging learning experiences.
