Join an enterprise risk team supporting a fast-moving AI governance program in a hands-on, execution-focused role. This position blends program coordination with direct ownership of deliverables, offering the opportunity to help strengthen governance processes, communications, and leadership reporting across a high-visibility initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the AI review workflow and help keep governance activities moving smoothly across stakeholders.
• Coordinate working group meetings, including agendas, pre-read materials, briefing documents, and follow-up on action items.
• Serve as a connector between governance functions to ensure clear handoffs and timely communication.
• Track open actions, milestones, and escalations, and prepare concise status updates for leadership and committee audiences.
• Review governance program materials such as policies, procedures, standards, and templates using provided guidance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, then drive roadmap deliverables from planning through completion in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Draft and support stakeholder communications, training materials, and reference guides that help improve program execution and awareness.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements that make the governance program more effective and robust.

Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance, ideally within financial services or insurance.
• Proven ability to coordinate programs while also owning and delivering work independently.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear, concise writing skills for executive updates, committee materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Working knowledge of AI governance concepts, including use-case risk assessment, responsible AI principles, and regulatory expectations.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly.
• Ability to support both strategic coordination and hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting an AI governance, model risk, or enterprise risk program.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to executive or committee-level governance processes, including agendas, briefings, and action tracking.
• PMP, AIGP, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, adaptable approach to teamwork.
