  • Create and refine audience segments using behavioral, engagement, lifecycle, and customer data.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, prioritization, and QA support to two marketing team members.
  • Review campaign builds before launch and help remove roadblocks to keep work on track.

  • Support database health and deliverability through list management, consent practices, suppression, and engagement monitoring.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights on deliverability, engagement, conversion, lead movement, and revenue impact.
  • Partner with internal teams across marketing, sales, eCommerce, analytics, and creative to turn business needs into effective campaigns.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lists, segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, forms, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience building campaigns and automated programs directly within a marketing automation platform.
  • Proven ability to guide, coordinate, or review the work of other marketers.
  • Strong understanding of email performance metrics, deliverability, and database management.
  • Ability to analyze campaign results and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and ramping up quickly in an existing platform.
  • Availability to start by October 2 2026.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot Enterprise-level functionality.
  • Exposure to HubSpot and Salesforce integration.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email builds.
  • Experience with dynamic content, personalization, and preference centers.
  • Background in interim or contract roles within a multi-brand or multi-business-unit environment.
  • Experience in dental, veterinary, animal health, healthcare, or distribution environments.
  • Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully to support segmentation, copy iteration, and analysis.
