We’re looking for a Senior AI Architect to help design and deliver scalable, secure AI solutions that align with enterprise strategy and standards. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner across data, platform, security, and application teams to shape AI architecture, support implementation, and help mature enterprise AI platforms, patterns, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide production-ready AI and GenAI solutions, including LLM-based systems.
• Support the development, prototyping, deployment, and iteration of AI and machine learning solutions.
• Create architecture designs for scalable, reliable AI platforms and services.
• Apply AI standards, patterns, and guardrails that align with enterprise strategy.
• Partner with engineering teams to move solutions from concept into working implementations.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure AI solutions are supported by strong data pipelines, platforms, and data quality practices.
• Help evaluate AI risks such as model performance, bias, explainability, and operational resilience.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Experience designing and implementing production AI and GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on background in AI model development, prototyping, and deployment.
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including training, inference, evaluation, and iteration.
• Strong architecture skills for building scalable AI platforms and services.
• Ability to align technical solutions with enterprise technology strategy and business goals.
• Experience working across engineering, data, platform, security, and application teams.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, data platforms, and data quality considerations for AI workloads.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to a variety of audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on practical, hands-on delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience helping define AI architecture patterns, standards, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise-wide AI enablement and platform maturity efforts.
