Responsibilities

• Design and deliver both live/facilitated learning experiences and digital learning solutions.
• Support onboarding experience redesign efforts and contribute to virtual learning initiatives.
• Collaborate on the development of a full-day leadership learning experience for pilot launch.
• Work within a learning management system environment to build effective learner journeys.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand learning needs and turn them into clear, engaging experiences.
• Help ensure learning programs are thoughtfully structured, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Skills

• Experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a related learning and development role.
• Ability to create both digital and instructor-led learning solutions.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, ideally including Docebo.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills with attention to learner engagement and usability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing virtual onboarding or leadership development programs.
• Background supporting blended learning strategies across digital and live formats.
• Comfort working on pilot launches and evolving learning experiences.
• Experience contributing to enterprise learning programs in a dynamic environment.
