- Manage lead routing, conversion mapping, and duplicate prevention tools to improve data quality and usability
- Configure Service Cloud elements such as cases, console layouts, queues, Omni-Channel routing, knowledge, and entitlement processes
- Collaborate with Salesforce engineers, architects, product partners, and delivery leads to align configuration with broader solution design
- Translate business needs into actionable backlog items, support effort sizing, and assist with sprint planning and refinement
- Troubleshoot production issues, communicate status clearly, and help implement fixes or workarounds as needed
- Participate in release testing, deployment support, stakeholder demos, and occasional after-hours support for urgent issues
- Support ongoing improvement efforts, including Salesforce Outlook integration activities and emerging AI-related proof-of-concept work
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- At least 1 year supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a production environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and layouts
- Experience building and maintaining Flow automation and approval processes
- Practical knowledge of lead, opportunity, case, and service console configuration
- Working knowledge of Salesforce security and access concepts, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and org-wide settings
- Comfort working in Scrum or Kanban environments with backlog grooming and story estimation
- Ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners
- Availability to work core hours aligned to Pacific Time and support occasional urgent issues outside normal hours
- Certified Salesforce Administrator required
