We’re looking for a skilled AEM Project Manager to help lead complex, technology-driven initiatives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This hybrid role in Boston offers the opportunity to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery across digital projects, and support meaningful work that blends strategy, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery activities for AEM and other digital initiatives from kickoff through completion
• Partner with client stakeholders, engineering, product, and business teams to keep work aligned and moving forward
• Build and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and monitor scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Facilitate clear communication across distributed teams and ensure progress is visible to all stakeholders
• Support project governance and help drive decisions that keep work on time and within scope
• Contribute to Agile or hybrid delivery practices and help improve team coordination and execution
• Work in a hybrid onsite model in Boston, with onsite presence required several days per week

Skills

• 3–5 years of project management experience in technical or technology-enabled environments
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to organize priorities, manage timelines, and keep projects on track
• Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methods
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• Boston-based or able to work in the Boston market

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AEM migration or cloud-based digital work
• Background supporting marketing websites or similar digital properties
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a high-touch setting
• Exposure to Agile program management practices
• Strength in problem-solving, adaptability, and process improvement
• Experience using project delivery tools to support planning and collaboration
