Responsibilities
- Create and document cases in a case management system using information received through designated intake channels.
- Review incoming details for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and flag issues that need clarification or escalation.
- Prepare cases for investigator assignment by organizing supporting information and ensuring records are ready for review.
- Accurately capture allegations, apply required classifications, and follow established tiering criteria.
- Maintain data integrity by following documented procedures, quality standards, and service-level expectations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support additional operational tasks as needed based on training, business priorities, and workload capacity.
- Contribute to timely case processing and strong quality outcomes through consistent attention to detail.
Skills
- Experience in a high-volume, process-driven environment such as case management, intake, records processing, claims, tickets, or investigations support.
- Strong ability to enter, review, and maintain detailed information in a system accurately.
- Experience checking records or documentation for missing, unclear, inconsistent, or incorrect information.
- Ability to follow procedures, classification rules, and quality standards closely.
- Clear written communication skills and the ability to turn source information into accurate case records.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills for managing a detailed workload.
- Good judgment in recognizing when information should be escalated for additional review.
- Ability to protect confidential employee, investigation, HR, or business information.
Preferred Skills
- Background supporting HR, employee relations, ethics/compliance, workplace concerns, or investigations-related work.
- Experience using EthicsPoint or another case management, compliance, HR, or investigations platform.
- Familiarity with case intake, case creation, allegation classification, or triage processes.
- Comfort adapting to changing procedures, priorities, and workflows.
- Collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality work.
