JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic infrastructure engineering team supporting large-scale operations with a focus on reliable, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. This Technical Program Product Manager III role offers the opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional programs, shape multi-year strategy, and partner with teams across engineering, operations, vendors, finance, security, and field support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure programs, from defining scope and success criteria to delivering results across multiple sites.
  • Develop program strategy and execution plans in ambiguous environments where processes and playbooks are not yet established.
  • Balance near-term delivery needs with long-term roadmap planning, managing priorities, risk, and cost trade-offs.
  • Coordinate multi-vendor deployments and remediation efforts, including procurement workflows, supply chain timing, and site readiness.
  • Partner with field teams and third-party contractors to support labor planning, access requirements, and vendor performance.
  • Own executive communications such as program narratives, reviews, dashboards, and status updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Track program health, maintain risk registers, and drive action plans to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Build alignment across engineering, operations, finance, security, and leadership teams without relying on direct authority.
  • Identify process improvements that increase predictability, reduce complexity, and improve delivery outcomes.
  • Mentor peers and help strengthen how the team manages and scales programs.

Skills

  • Experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure or technology programs in an operations-focused environment.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise narratives and updates.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and create structure from the ground up.
  • Proven success influencing cross-functional partners across engineering, operations, vendors, and finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities across large-scale programs.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments that require decision-making, coordination, and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building and managing multi-year strategic roadmaps.
  • Background in power, cooling, or other infrastructure systems such as UPS, PDU, ATS, or HVAC.
  • Experience in data center, fulfillment center, logistics, or similar operational environments.
  • Familiarity with third-party vendor and contractor management.
  • Experience supporting executive-level business reviews and reporting.
  • Mentoring or coaching other program managers.
