Join a dynamic marketing team as an Engagement Manager supporting complex agency partnerships and high-impact brand initiatives. In this onsite role based in Minneapolis, you will help drive financial discipline, scope clarity, and strong collaboration across marketing, finance, legal, procurement, and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial oversight, compliance, transparency, and agency performance across marketing programs.
• Develop, review, and negotiate scopes of work, agency agreements, retainers, and related contractual documents.
• Apply established best practices to scope development, agency budgeting, and fee negotiation.
• Monitor agency deliverables and hold partners accountable to budget, scope, and performance commitments.
• Identify and address scope creep, staffing mismatches, and delivery concerns proactively.
• Support marketing initiatives across brand and category marketing, social, experiential, store experience marketing, and packaging/brand development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain alignment and support successful project execution.

Skills

• Experience negotiating contracts, scopes of work, retainers, and pricing models.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and forecasting.
• Understanding of agency capabilities, staffing models, and fee structures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or similar applications.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accountability and follow-through.
