Join a dynamic training operations team supporting the development and delivery of learning programs for vehicle operators in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, improving processes, and helping training content stay accurate, current, and effective.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation, rollout, and continuous improvement of training materials for vehicle operations teams
- Partner with subject matter experts, instructional designers, project managers, and training staff to align on scope, timing, and implementation
- Review training content for quality, consistency, and alignment with design standards before sign-off
- Gather stakeholder feedback and support approval workflows to keep materials moving forward smoothly
- Track training development and execution timelines and provide status updates as needed
- Manage a portfolio of training content and help ensure updates and audits are completed on schedule
- Work closely with training teams across deployment locations to support completion and compliance for both new and refresher training
- Collaborate with the training program manager to prioritize training needs and ongoing initiatives
- Travel up to 25% of the time for site visits and in-person training support
Skills
- Previous experience in training facilitation, training development, or training program coordination
- 1–3 years of experience in autonomous vehicle operations or a related operations environment
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving operational efficiency
- Flexibility to support training events and adapt to changing schedules
Preferred Skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a training supervisor or training support role within vehicle operations
- Working knowledge of vehicle operations procedures and responsibilities
- Experience using Google Workspace tools, including Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Forms
- Familiarity with learning management systems such as Docebo or Cornerstone
- Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, including Rise or Storyline
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience
