Join a dynamic, fast-paced team as a Program Manager & Team Coordinator supporting cross-functional priorities, project execution, and day-to-day operational alignment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to help keep teams moving forward with clarity and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of key programs and initiatives by tracking tasks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate project plans, status trackers, documentation, and team resources
- Coordinate across teams to gather input, schedule meetings, and keep work moving forward
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and other supporting materials
- Help plan and execute team events, offsites, activities, and recognition efforts
- Surface risks, dependencies, and blockers early to support timely decision-making
- Assist with the development and upkeep of operational processes and tools
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and collaborate with broader PMO partners on cross-functional work
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a similar coordination-focused role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay effective in a shifting environment
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well across teams and functions
- Proactive approach with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks
- Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting quickly as needs change
- Familiarity with program management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, or Ramp
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting team culture initiatives in remote and in-person environments
- Exposure to nonprofit work or mission-driven organizations
- Experience partnering with senior program managers, executive assistants, or functional leads
- Ability to help improve team processes, workflows, and operational consistency
