Join a collaborative experiential team as a Program Coordinator focused on high-impact programming and cross-functional project support. This role blends hands-on production expertise with the ability to help shape polished project decks, support larger initiatives, and keep fast-moving work on track from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead programming work for experiential projects, with a strong focus on turning concepts into clear execution plans
- Support a variety of additional projects and larger initiatives across the team
- Help create compelling, polished project decks that communicate vision, scope, and approach
- Contribute hands-on production support for high-visibility experiences and short-turnaround weekend activations
- Apply fabrication knowledge throughout the lifecycle of a project, from early development through installation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in a highly team-oriented environment
- Adapt quickly between different priorities, solving problems proactively as needs shift
- Travel as needed to support project delivery, including trips to Dallas and KOP
Skills
- Strong real-world experience in programming for experiential or production-based work
- Background supporting larger-scale experiences and high-visibility activations
- Solid understanding of fabrication processes and how they connect to execution and installation
- Ability to build clear, professional project decks and presentation materials
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay organized under tight timelines
Preferred Skills
- Experience contributing to weekend activations or other fast-turnaround productions
- Exposure to large-scale experiential initiatives
- Experience balancing programming responsibilities with broader project coordination support
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Familiarity with travel-based project support
