Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage Ratings/Reviews/Generated Content inquiries using established workflows.
• Coordinate routine follow-ups with internal partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation, templates, FAQs, and escalation paths.
• Track open issues and surface exceptions, risks, or questions that need review.
• Support review collection campaigns by handling setup, timelines, trackers, and deliverables.
• Assist with campaign communications and routine vendor follow-ups.
• Monitor campaign progress and flag delays, data concerns, or execution risks.
• Maintain recurring reporting, trackers, and data-quality checks.
• Track campaign spend and budget usage against established plans.
• Prepare reporting inputs to support team analysis and decision-making.

Skills

• 2 to 4 year degree preferred.
• Experience supporting operational processes, project coordination, or campaign execution.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort handling data entry and tracker maintenance.
• Ability to follow established procedures and keep work organized.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage recurring tasks while staying responsive to issues that arise.
• Basic reporting and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and escalate appropriately.

Preferred Skills

• Background in product content, Ratings & Reviews, or related digital commerce work.
• Experience maintaining campaign timelines, status updates, or operational documentation.
• Familiarity with budget tracking or spend monitoring.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment.
• A proactive, dependable approach with a willingness to learn established processes.
