Join a collaborative team building modern back-end and full-stack solutions that support data-driven clinical and analytics applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with cloud technologies, big data, and software engineering practices that help improve systems used in meaningful healthcare work.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support back-end services for data-centric applications.
- Develop full-stack features for Java/Spring Boot/Hibernate applications using Angular and relational databases.
- Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to cloud-based services and solutions involving data warehousing, analytics, machine learning, and big data.
- Participate in Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous development workflows.
- Support deployment automation and configuration management using tools such as ADO, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Azure Pipelines, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
- Document processes and source code clearly and maintain technical records as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and help resolve system and data-related problems.
- Work closely with engineering and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Java.
- Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Front-end development experience with Angular.
- Experience working with Postgres or MS SQL databases.
- Background in full-stack development with testing and verification.
- Experience supporting healthcare or similarly complex applications.
- Ability to work in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based microservices.
- Exposure to data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, or machine learning.
- Familiarity with deployment automation and configuration management tools.
- Experience with Azure Pipelines, CloudFormation, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
- Experience with Go or Python.
- Claude or Codex AI experience.
