Join a fast-paced network infrastructure team supporting low-latency content delivery services across caching, DNS, streaming, internet, peering, and backbone connectivity. This role blends project and program management with technical networking knowledge to help shape scalable solutions that support future growth.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and translate them into clear network and infrastructure plans
• Partner with engineering teams to design network solutions that support service needs and growth forecasts
• Develop and manage programs that cover physical infrastructure, networking, hardware, and connectivity
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across multiple internal teams
• Support low-latency services such as caching, DNS, streaming, peering, and backbone connectivity initiatives
• Help track implementation progress and ensure program objectives stay aligned with business needs

Skills

• Experience in project or program management
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure environments
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with an interest in service planning and capacity forecasting
• Collaborative approach to working with engineering and internal business partners

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data center services or internet infrastructure
• Familiarity with content delivery systems or large-scale network environments
• Background supporting peering, backbone, or cloud-related connectivity initiatives
• Interest in how the internet works and how technical services scale over time
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and benefit from coaching and mentorship
