Join a high-impact data operations team where you’ll help ensure lead and account data is accurate, deduplicated, enriched, and routed correctly across CRM and source systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data quality challenges, partnering closely with field teams, and building scalable processes that improve trust in business data.
Responsibilities
- Own the quality, cleanup, and ongoing integrity of lead and account data across CRM and related systems.
- Review incoming records to ensure they are complete, accurately matched, and properly deduplicated before reaching the field.
- Develop and refine lead qualification standards and routing processes so records are assigned to the right team or representative.
- Investigate and resolve escalations related to missing, misrouted, or incorrect data, and address the root cause when possible.
- Support account structure maintenance and data cleanup efforts to keep records reliable and consistent.
- Partner with sales, operations, and field stakeholders to improve workflows, clarify data issues, and strengthen confidence in the pipeline.
- Evaluate where automation or AI can improve data QA, enrichment, and anomaly detection while maintaining a strong quality standard.
- Document processes, standards, and SLAs to help create repeatable and scalable operations.
Skills
- 5 to 6+ years of experience in data operations, GTM engineering, or a related role.
- Hands-on CRM experience, including account structure, deduplication, field mapping, and data cleanup.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and how data flows affect business processes.
- Experience designing or improving lead qualification criteria and service-level expectations.
- Ability to work with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and validation.
- Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, validation, and ad hoc analysis.
- Clear, proactive communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and explain data issues simply.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build organized, scalable workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Experience sourcing or evaluating third-party data vendors and enrichment tools.
- Python skills and comfort using scripts or lightweight tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with AI tools that support internal process design, automation, or data quality workflows.
- Experience working in a B2B or marketplace environment.
- Ability to identify patterns in imperfect data and recommend practical improvements.
