Join a high-impact team building the next generation of Generative AI and agentic solutions for enterprise use cases. This hybrid role is based in Brooklyn Park, MN and offers the opportunity to shape scalable AI experiences through hands-on development, evaluation, and deployment work.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support end-to-end Generative AI applications from early experimentation through production deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Develop RAG and conversational AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, and response optimization techniques.
- Create effective prompt strategies, including structured prompting, few-shot approaches, tool usage, and reusable prompt workflows.
- Build and apply evaluation frameworks to assess quality, relevance, groundedness, hallucination risk, safety, latency, cost, and overall system performance.
- Develop autonomous and multi-agent workflows that can reason, plan, use tools, and support complex business processes.
- Help evolve agentic solutions into enterprise-ready platforms with strong orchestration, observability, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Build Python-based services, APIs, integrations, and supporting infrastructure for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, security, data, and business partners to translate requirements into practical AI capabilities.
- Apply software engineering best practices such as code reviews, automated testing, Git-based development, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
- Monitor production AI systems and contribute to improvements in quality, reliability, scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
Skills
- 5 to 6 years of overall experience in software engineering, machine learning, AI, data science, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building end-to-end Generative AI applications in production or business environments.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation methods.
- Advanced Python skills and strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with common ML and GenAI libraries, frameworks, APIs, embedding models, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
- Experience designing agentic or multi-agent systems, including workflows, memory, tool use, guardrails, and evaluation.
- Understanding of enterprise concerns such as responsible AI, security, governance, observability, reliability, scalability, and data privacy.
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD, APIs, cloud-native development, testing, Agile practices, and SDLC processes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience contributing to reusable GenAI or agentic platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale AI orchestration, monitoring, and governance practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with broad visibility and ownership.
- Interest in building safe, reliable, and scalable AI solutions that create measurable business impact.
