Bring your event coordination, project management, and systems-thinking skills to a fast-paced role supporting high-impact customer education programs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, partnering across teams, and helping create seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan and support internal and external meetings, events, and presentations from start to finish
- Coordinate logistics across stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners to help ensure successful program execution
- Support venue sourcing and event setup to align meeting space and requirements with program needs
- Manage registration, attendee communications, physician contracting, and related event coordination tasks
- Track post-event activities, including invoice processing, internal chargebacks, financial summaries, and attendee feedback
- Help maintain accurate reporting, compliance tracking, and program metrics to support continuous improvement
- Assist with building and improving systems, databases, and CRM-based tracking tools
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams to help ensure event activities follow company policies and regulatory requirements
- Review business needs and help develop practical processes that support evolving team goals
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and approach new challenges with a problem-solving mindset
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience managing high-profile audiences, attendees, or stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM tools and databases
- Basic proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to collaborate across departments and build positive working relationships
- Comfort working in an environment where processes may be new, evolving, or still being developed
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, or corporate events
- Familiarity with compliance-related processes and event approvals
- Experience helping create or improve workflows, standards, or operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail when handling logistics, reporting, and documentation
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and responsive to team needs
- Interest in developing digital tools and solutions that improve efficiency
