Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and document application configuration components
• Support project work independently and as part of a team through all phases of delivery
• Partner with end users, business analysts, and systems analysts to understand requirements and solution needs
• Create and maintain technical specifications, design documentation, and operational procedures
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve testing failures as needed
• Follow established design, coding, naming, and documentation standards
• Participate in configuration and code reviews and apply corrections when needed
• Adhere to change control processes and support revision of technical documentation
• Advise team members on detailed specifications and implementation details
• Work with SAP-based modules and functional areas relevant to the project
• Develop and enhance applications based on provided specifications
• Test applications and support system documentation efforts

Skills

• Experience developing and enhancing applications from functional or technical specifications
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Ability to test applications and identify issues effectively
• Strong documentation skills, including technical and process documentation
• Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders
• Comfort working within standards, review processes, and change control procedures
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently while contributing to team goals

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting specific SAP modules or functional areas
• Background in application configuration and implementation support
• Familiarity with formal coding, naming, and design conventions
• Experience contributing to technical design reviews or operational process documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business, analysis, and technical teams
