Join a fast-paced master data support team helping drive raw material data accuracy and consistency within SAP during an important rebranding initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed data work, cross-functional collaboration, and improving processes while keeping operations moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain raw material master data records in SAP with a strong focus on accuracy and governance.
- Review incoming material requests to ensure information is complete, valid, and ready for processing.
- Support material setup and related data activities tied to rebranding efforts.
- Manage incoming requests and tickets from intake through completion, providing updates and following up as needed.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, gather missing details, and keep requests on track.
- Assist with data cleanup, mass updates, and validation efforts to improve data quality.
- Help document current workflows and create new process materials where gaps exist.
- Track operational metrics such as request volume, backlog, turnaround time, and completion rates.
- Support reporting and dashboard development to monitor workload trends and performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce rework, and strengthen team efficiency.
Skills
- Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, master data, or other data management processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data entry and validation.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders and requestors.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive items to completion in a timely manner.
- Experience creating or maintaining process documentation.
- Comfort working in an environment where procedures may be evolving.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA material master data.
- Background in product lifecycle management or supply chain operations.
- Experience using ticket management systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience building metrics reports or dashboards.
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments.
