Join a dynamic product team supporting a high-impact flight operations initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This Technical Product Owner role offers the opportunity to help shape product direction, drive Agile delivery, and partner across business, engineering, and vendor teams to bring valuable solutions from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Own project scope, timelines, and delivery coordination across Agile ceremonies and sprint cycles
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team collaboration sessions
- Support the team by removing blockers, resolving issues, and helping maintain steady progress
- Partner with stakeholders, business teams, and vendors to align priorities and communicate effectively
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize backlogs while balancing competing requests and changing needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, design, engineering, and user enablement
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end launch execution
- Track product performance after launch and help identify opportunities for future improvement
- Support Agile maturity and encourage a productive, accountable team environment
Skills
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Agile technical product management
- 3 to 7 years of experience with product lifecycle management
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Experience gathering requirements and defining user stories
- Background working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across multiple teams and functions
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting product roadmap development and go-to-market planning
- Familiarity with end-to-end product launch processes
- Ability to use data insights to inform product decisions and improvements
- Experience working with digital business partners and external vendors
- Knowledge of aviation, operations, or large-scale enterprise environments
- Background supporting product performance tracking and reporting after release
