Responsibilities

• Review user interactions, customer signals, and related content to identify potential policy concerns
• Apply established safeguards workflows and policy guidelines with accuracy and consistency
• Partner with strategy, policy, and threat intelligence teams to surface trends, identify gaps, and support classifier improvements
• Prepare clear weekly updates and reports on operational activity and workflow outcomes
• Respond to customer communications and appeals related to policy enforcement
• Provide surge support for review and content labeling as operational needs change
• Handle cross-functional requests and share timely insights to support team priorities
