Bring your expertise in business analysis to a 6-month contract opportunity focused on transportation management systems and order-based carrier payment integrations. This role offers the chance to partner with cross-functional teams, support testing and cutover activities, and help improve processes and technology solutions within a global template environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and technology/process solutions within the TMS and OBC space
• Support business case development by helping assess cost, benefit, risk, and impact for new applications and functionality
• Review and prioritize ticket backlog related to third-party carrier payment integration and help drive issues to resolution
• Gather requirements for deployment to additional product lines and coordinate across cross-functional teams
• Develop test plans and test cases, perform functional testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Assist with testing activities, including unit testing and integration testing
• Support solution enhancement work for moderately complex systems and help strengthen error management functionality
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation for supported applications and processes
• Provide training to new users on supported applications as needed
• Support cutover and hypercare activities during implementation and release phases
• Maintain a strong safety culture by following workplace policies, procedures, and regulations

Skills

• At least 4 years of business analyst experience in transportation management systems
• At least 1 year of SAP FTM experience
• At least 2 years of TMS integration experience
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-matrixed teams
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, ask thoughtful questions, and stay resourceful in a team environment
• Strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
• Willingness and ability to work in the CST time zone

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP TM
• Experience supporting Mastery Mastermind deployment or support activities
• Snowflake integration experience
• Familiarity with cutover and hypercare support in implementation projects
• Experience creating clear documentation and user-facing training materials
