We are looking for a Copywriter to create short, engaging, and on-brand content that connects with guests across digital and omni-channel touchpoints. In this role, you’ll help bring a beauty-focused brand voice to life through clear, compelling copy that reflects current trends, culture, and the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Write and refine copy that reflects brand voice, tone, and standards across a variety of channels
- Adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms while keeping the guest experience consistent
- Contribute ideas during editorial brainstorms and offer recommendations to improve copy cohesion
- Balance multiple projects at once and deliver quality work on tight deadlines
- Partner with design teammates to help ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together
- Stay current on beauty, lifestyle, culture, design trends, and other editorial influences
- Support changing business needs with flexibility, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Research information independently and know when to ask for guidance
Skills
- 1–3 years of copywriting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and audience-aware copy
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic, creative, and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter with a motivated and action-oriented approach
- Comfort working with GenAI tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in agency, beauty, retail, or editorial environments
- Familiarity with creating copy for digital and omni-channel experiences
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities
- Interest in beauty products, guest experience, and evolving consumer trends
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional creative partners
