We are seeking a skilled Technology Program Lead to drive execution of strategic technology initiatives across a matrixed enterprise environment. This role partners with senior technology and business leaders to turn priorities into clear plans, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes across areas such as AI enablement, data strategy, platform modernization, and operating model transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution, ensuring priorities are translated into actionable plans.
  • Build and maintain integrated program roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Facilitate operating cadences such as leadership reviews, working sessions, milestone check-ins, and escalation meetings.
  • Identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions, then drive issues toward resolution.
  • Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, data, security, finance, and vendor stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Track progress against commitments, outcomes, KPIs, and financial expectations, and provide concise updates to leadership.
  • Support initiatives involving AI, data, platform rationalization, and technology operating model improvements.
  • Document actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies clearly and ensure follow-through on agreed commitments.
  • Help improve program governance, reporting, and execution methods through practical use of tools and automation.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong ability to manage large initiatives with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and shared dependencies.
  • Experience influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Solid understanding of software development, technology platforms, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and AI concepts.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for senior leaders.
  • Strong organization, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create clear program materials, dashboards, and presentations using PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
  • Comfort working with Jira, Microsoft 365, and related collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum.
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services environments.
  • Background in product ownership, business analysis, engineering, or technology delivery.
  • Experience partnering with finance teams on program tracking and expected benefits.
  • Familiarity with approved AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude to improve productivity and decision support.
  • Interest in technology innovation and continuous improvement.
