Bring your product leadership skills to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment supporting the development and implementation of a major aviation technology initiative. This 12-month Technical Product Owner opportunity offers the chance to shape product direction, collaborate with stakeholders, and help turn ideas into practical, high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead product planning and execution from concept through launch, with a focus on delivering value to the business and end users.
- Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap decisions.
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, user experience, and business partners to align on requirements and delivery goals.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage backlog priorities, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to keep work organized and moving forward.
- Track scope, milestones, risks, and timelines while helping remove blockers and resolve conflicts.
- Support teams in maintaining quality standards and continuous improvement throughout each sprint.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep progress transparent and aligned.
- Monitor product performance after launch and use insights to inform future improvements and investments.
Skills
- 3 to 7 years of experience in agile technical product management.
- 3 to 7 years of experience with product lifecycle management.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination.
- 3 to 7 years of experience translating technical concepts into clear business and product language.
- 3 to 7 years of experience managing stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks, sprint ceremonies, and backlog management.
- Ability to organize priorities, manage timelines, and support delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting technical products in a complex, enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with roadmap development and go-to-market planning.
- Experience working with vendors and business partners to drive product outcomes.
- Ability to turn data and feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Comfort guiding teams toward greater agile maturity and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting products from discovery through launch and post-launch evaluation.
