Join a team supporting data center site configuration for a fast-moving network infrastructure environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure site data is accurately loaded into an internal planning tool so cable paths, port assignments, and order generation can move forward smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Enter site configuration details into a web-based tool and intake forms using standardized processes
• Capture and validate measurement data such as pathway distances, rack and cabinet positions, and cable tray dimensions
• Compare entered information against drawings, surveys, and vendor documentation to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with field teams and vendors to resolve missing details or data discrepancies
• Track progress across assigned sites and communicate status updates clearly
• Escalate configuration conflicts or issues to the appropriate internal team when needed

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data entry
• Experience working with web-based systems, databases, or structured intake processes
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings, floor plans, or measurement documentation
• Comfort using spreadsheets and tracking tools to manage assigned work
• Clear written communication skills for cross-functional coordination
• Self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple site tasks independently

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data center environments or network cabling concepts
• Experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, or construction documentation
• Exposure to enterprise planning or resource management tools
• Understanding of cable infrastructure terminology such as fiber trunks or patching
