JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring your merchandising expertise to a regional role focused on shaping compelling assortments for key lifestyle brands across the Americas. This hybrid opportunity in Jersey City, NJ, offers the chance to partner closely with global product, design, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to influence product direction from early insights through final buy execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead merchandising efforts for the Americas pack assortment, with a strong focus on product strategy, regional needs, and brand alignment.
  • Partner with global product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support seasonal briefs, assortment planning, and buy placement.
  • Help guide GTM processes by serving as a key point of contact for merchandising communication across teams and calendars.
  • Develop and present merchandising assortments for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Translate regional insights into product briefs and assortment recommendations that support business goals.
  • Evaluate product performance using sales data and key metrics to inform assortment and planning decisions.
  • Contribute to product selection and final SKU planning with a strong understanding of consumer needs and brand direction.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to support cohesive seasonal execution.

Skills

  • Experience in merchandising, assortment planning, or related product-focused roles.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales data and use KPIs to support product and assortment decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage timelines and stay aligned to a fast-moving seasonal calendar.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong eye for product, consumer needs, and regional market opportunities.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative environment that requires flexibility and responsiveness.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in apparel, accessories, or consumer product merchandising.
  • Experience supporting regional product assortments or go-to-market planning.
  • Familiarity with lifestyle, outdoor, or youth-oriented brands.
  • Experience creating presentations for internal teams or external stakeholders.
  • Ability to contribute insights that influence seasonal color, concept, and product direction.
