Bring your graphic design production expertise to a collaborative team focused on packaging and product artwork for medical device manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to support label and artwork development, work cross-functionally, and help ensure high-quality, compliant materials that support important products.

Responsibilities

• Create and update packaging and product artwork, including labels, lidstock, and display box materials.
• Support artwork approval workflows and help maintain labeling development procedures.
• Review vendor proofs, identify needed corrections, and communicate updates to ensure printed materials align with approved artwork.
• Manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and changing scopes while meeting deadlines.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and issues throughout the artwork development process.
• Write and execute software validation protocols and document validation test reports.
• Work primarily onsite four days per week at the North Haven location.

Skills

• Strong background in graphic design production.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Comfort working on both Mac and PC operating systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional partners.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating labeling for the medical device industry.
• Experience using labeling systems such as Priysm or Loftware/Spectrum.
• Background in software validation documentation.
• Four-year college degree or related experience.
