Join Our Team as an IT Operations Specialist
Are you passionate about ensuring seamless, real-time IT operations in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a dedicated IT Operations Specialist to support critical technical functions within a secure, on-site Fusion Center in Scottsdale, AZ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in maintaining and optimizing live operational workflows, making a tangible impact on mission-critical systems.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong technical documentation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows workstations, real-time operations, or command-center environments
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, systems administration, or web infrastructure troubleshooting
Nice to Have:
- Experience in NOC/SOC or Operations Center settings
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
- Comfort collaborating with DevOps and Infrastructure teams
- 7+ years of related technical experience
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Relevant experience in high-pressure, 24x7 support environments
- Background supporting real-time systems, networks, or infrastructure in a fast-paced setting
Other Requirements:
- On-site role in Scottsdale, AZ in a secure facility
- Background check and drug screening upon offer
- Availability for night shift hours (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM), including at least one weekend day
