PLM Applications Support Engineer

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience with PLM systems, including at least 4+ years specifically working with Enovia applications and integrations
• Proficiency in 3DExperience platform, CAD systems like CATIA V6, and related tools
• Strong knowledge of Linux environment setup, service installation, and upgrade procedures
• Experience with database management, MS SQL analysis, and optimization techniques
• Ability to develop and troubleshoot Java Program Objects (JPOs), Tcl/Tk scripts, and web services integrations
• Familiarity with system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and day-to-day system maintenance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with ERP integrations and SolidWorks
• Knowledge of load balancers, reverse proxies, and network configurations
• Ability to automate database refreshes and improve system performance
• Experience with Web Services, XML, and development tools for system integrations
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• 6+ years in supporting PLM and CAD systems, with extensive hands-on experience

• Willingness to work on-site in Foster City, CA (4 days a week)
• Ability to complete background and drug screening upon offer acceptance
