Join Our Team as a Data Analyst and Drive Innovation in Autonomous Transportation!

As a Data Analyst within our dynamic operations team, you will play a vital role in harnessing data to enhance operational readiness, optimize staffing strategies, and boost service performance. What You’ll Bring:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (including Pandas), and data manipulation tools
- Experience developing operational models, capacity planning, and forecasting solutions
- Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with workforce management platforms like NICE or UKG
- Background in building staffing and capacity planning models
- Familiarity with large-scale operational or service environments, including fleet or contact centers
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or a similar role
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work at least 3 days onsite in Foster City, CA
- Completion of background check and drug screening upon offer
