Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to work with large datasets and transform raw data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis and reporting (preferred)
- Knowledge of data platforms such as Databricks (a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex insights clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with operational, logistics, or fleet-related data
- Skills in automating reports and reducing manual efforts
- Knowledge of KPIs related to fleet performance and operational metrics
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant analytical or technical disciplines
- 3 or more years of analytical experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally involving logistics or fleet data
Other Requirements:
- At least 3 days in-office per week in Foster City, CA
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen upon offer
