Bring your IT audit expertise to a high-impact contract role supporting SOX compliance, control testing, and audit readiness for a leading technology environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with internal teams and external auditors to strengthen controls, support remediation, and deliver clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Execute ITGC, ITAC, key report, and SOC 1 testing to support the SOX compliance program
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors throughout testing and review activities
- Assess controls and help track remediation efforts to resolution
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready documentation
- Support CUEC mapping and related review activities
- Contribute to a structured audit process with strong communication and follow-through
Skills
- 4+ years of IT audit experience
- Hands-on experience with SOX ITGC and ITAC testing
- Experience performing key report testing
- Knowledge of SOC 1 reviews and CUEC mapping
- Experience coordinating with external auditors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
Preferred Skills
- Big 4 audit background
- CISA certification
- Experience with AuditBoard
- SaaS or technology industry experience
- Experience with SailPoint audit or implementation
